The objective of ITUK is to improve the quality and existence of lives of everyone, not just its devotees.

This is a programme and sacred space where women are taught to honor their cycles. We mentor our young women and girls, whilst welcoming the wisdom of the elders. It is a space where we are invited to take time out for ourselves once a month, to dream, slow down, heal and receive.

In the womb-man sacred space we support one another, through various mediums.

Women of all ages and beliefs are welcome: sisters, mothers, daughters, grandmothers, and friends. Each woman is honored for her own path, whilst honoring the sacred path of another.

It is about creating woman-honoring support structures for us by us, using our long held African traditions and principles.

Let us remember that if we do not give back to ourselves, we cannot give wholeheartedly to our husbands, partners, children, prospective families and community.
